jennifernajera Hey Laura! I wanted to reach out to you regarding your purchase of the Sam Edelman booties. I had a USPS scheduled pick up yesterday, and had several items ship out, including your booties. For some reason, everything else has been scanned except the box I was shipping to you. If nothing is scanned by today, I will head to the post office tomorrow morning and see whats going on. Does that work? I’ll keep you posted as much as I can :)

jennifernajera @lsheehan56 hi Laura, I just got back from the post office. They will be contacting the person that picked up the package and see if they can locate it. I am so sorry for all this, I feel terrible. This has never happened to me before. I will keep you posted. We can always cancel the order if you feel more comfortable. :)

lsheehan56 @jennifernajera thank you for investigating. This happened to me before and unfortunately the package never started tracking, so I contacted Poshmark and they refunded both parties. Still crossing my fingers it'll start tracking, but keep me posted if you have to contact Poshmark to refund. Having been through this, I understand 😉

jennifernajera @lsheehan56 went to the post office this morning, absolutely no info on the package. I’m submitting a claim for the lost package at this point. I’ll be contacting poshmark and notifying them of the situation. I did want to mention, I have another pair, exactly the same, same size, color everything. However these are new, but they have a bit of a flaw.

jennifernajera @lsheehan56 They has a little bit of a stain, to be honest, it blends in with the suede and is hardly noticeable. I was gunna post them today. If you want, I can create the listing, and u can check the pics and u let me know. I would be posting them for $40 but for you I can provide a great discount for the inconvenience:(

jennifernajera @lsheehan56 hey! Just wanted to give you a quick update. Posh sent me an email stating they would change the item to shipped. If you don’t get the item by the 3rd of November or if I don’t get a response from the post office, they will provide a refund. I stopped by the post this morning and they suggested at this point to open up a case. Unfortunately not the best news, but posh seems to be responding.
