jaclynnhertick I have messaged Poshmark. But I can’t open a case you have to. But you have received the wrong item. I sent Ben’s Prada shoes to you and he received your purse and your free item I included! I have requested your shipping label be sent to him so your order may be shipped to you immediately! If you can open a case then will see the case and my email I already sent stating I messed up so you can get his label to slap on the box. 😑 I am beyond sorry for the mix up on my behalf!

When you say open a case - does that mean saying something is wrong with the shipment instead of accepting it?

Yes open a case don’t accept say problem when you click that there will be an option for “item not as described” you will need To open box and take a picture! They (posh) will see my other case, the email I sent trying to expedite this and your case and tie it all together!

jaclynnhertick Once all cases opened they will send you a label to place on box and send him your label! You guys can seal the boxes and slap the label on and have them ship on their way they will send labels for the items where they were suppose to go! I’m hoping if we get it all in tonight they can send labels by morning!

Been home for two days with my 8 month daughter she caught a bug and was throwing up for two days, almost wound up in hospital not fun when they are so small worries the heck out of me! And the one thing that puts a glitch in fixing this tonight is that I’m home sick and the package was delivered to where I work. So I likely won’t be able to fix on my end until Monday morning when I go back in. Sorry!

jaclynnhertick @daneosaur it’s okay! If you want to go ahead and open the case without the picture you can and the ln add the picture when you go in Monday is fine! Up to you but you two were my only orders so I know hats what it was swapped with. That way you both can get your items quicker but they may not resolve until they see a picture but they might process it thru! Up to you! And thank you so much! Idk where you live but the flu is going around hard in Florida!

daneosaur @jaclynnhertick Just tried to open a case but couldn’t submit until a photo was posted. I’ll do it on Monday when I’m back on my feet and back at work. And I’m in San Francisco and a nasty bug (or bugs) have been going around here too. I foolishly thought I might make it past it without getting sick. Ha!

jaclynnhertick @daneosaur calling dr today she still has upset belly no more throwing up at least but this is full five days now so if not tomorrow calling bc they said 3-4 days most likely bc she is so small. Of course it passed to me then my son and now my husband 😷
