maeedwards Hi there, I'm sorry that this process has been so frustrating for you. In the best interest of both parties, I would suggest waiting for the customer service people to process everything (as slow as they are). I say this for the best interest of both of us. I know you would really appreciate having your refund and I know I would really like to have the boots back. I believe patience will serve us well in this situation.
