keepcalmnposhon Laura, I can only presume by your 1* review for an item that has failed2fit u that ur v new2posh&how ratings work.I understand your frustration as I've bought things myself that haven't fitted&now need2b 'reposhed'.However, i still rate the seller/item fairly+according2description. I take ratings&customer satisfaction v seriously-my recent reviews have been5*&only as described.Please understand how PM works b4committing2buy.I stated in my listing2ask Qs b4purchase

keepcalmnposhon I usually add measurements2all my listings but 4w/this item I just added the FP W size&there was ZEROstretch.There is no style no# given, as I did not know it&all FP shorts are not the exact same fit-but the website size guide@ least gives u an idea. If u needed exact measurements that was the time2ask-I have had2b4most of my own purchases2b sure. FYI, PM gives u3 days2accept the item after delivery-it is YOUR responsibility2check the item within this3day time frame

keepcalmnposhon Your review comes2weeks after purchase which means u didn't do the necessary check when received. Buyers remorse & lack of fit (especially when u didn’t ask4exact measurements) is not a valid, nor fair reason on PM2give the lowest rating&is frowned upon in this community where sellers work hard4their ratings. This is an EUC item&the item cleanliness issue is baffling2me as I had washed them myself-I take photos of every item as I wrap2which clearly shows they’re clean

keepcalmnposhon Your rating is damaging+highly unfair. I pride myself on giving clear photos+honest as-is descriptions. I had another buyer give 1*when a pair of shoes did not fit her-but after reminding her that PM’s ratings do not consider lack of fit as a fair reason4a low rating-when an item is EXACTLY as described-she was kind enough2see her error+how much it can affect me as a seller.She kindly changed2the highest rating after my message.I'm the type of seller who makes sure buyers r happy

keepcalmnposhon So if you'd been timely w/submitting a return/complaint2Poshmark b4accepting package, u could have requested a refund, however-note this is allowed ONLY when an item u received is not as described-yours was-my many photos prove it from my end-but even then I still would’ve been fine w/a return&refund of your money if PM allowed it just2make sure ur happy-This is now impossible-u cannot ask4a refund/exchange.I suggest2always check purchasing agreements in future, thanks!

amichellebishop Aloha! It looks like the post office tried to deliver the jeans, but their tracking system says there was no access to the delivery address. You may want to contact them, with the tracking info provided by Poshmark. Thank you! @poshmark
