staples50 Hi - you purchased the two J. Crew chunky cardigans, but the order was returned to me, marked "REFUSED BY SENDER." Did you not want the order, or was this a mistake by the USPS?

lasparks14 @staples50 Tracking showed “returned to sender,” so I’m not sure what happened. I reached out to Poshmark & they asked me to verify my address (which I did). I’m not sure if the address label got messed up or something…?

staples50 @lasparks14 - I don’t want to post your address, but the label is the one that Poshmark provided. There’s a sticker on it that says “REFUSED” so I assumed you had refused shipment. It probably has to do with the USPS being overwhelmed though. If you still want the sweaters, I can ask Poshmark to reissue another label.

lasparks14 @staples50 No, I didn’t refuse anything - it was re-routed out of my local post office before going out for delivery. So strange, as I had other orders the same week that made it here safely. If Poshmark would reissue postage, I’m happy to still purchase the sweaters. Thank you for the extra time on your part - I really appreciate it!
