myrriahjoy Sorry I haven't sent you the tote but I noticed something that has given me pause. When I washed it Originally I caused the canvas to discolor or "run" near the seaming. I rewashed it and removed the original discoloration but caused new discolorations. It isn't bad and only noticeable under scrutiny but I don't want you to be unhappy with your purchase. I can post some pics for you to see. I work nights and sleep days but I'll be up by 6pm. Thanks.

magfluor Hi there, you bought shoes from me but I wanted to let you know that I may have to cancel the order. When I pulled them out of the closet, there’s some black marks on one of the shoes that I can’t scrub off. I’m not even sure how it happened. This would be more convenient if we could message but since we can’t, I’ll wait for a reply until tomorrow and if I don’t hear back I’ll cancel the order due to damaged items. Thanks.
