rachellauren27 @laurahettinger did you receive the package yet? If so click the button “make a case” and it will give you the option I believe “received wrong item” or something along those lines. I believe you will need to print the label and just put it on the box to return to me. Maybe a neighbor has a printer? Again I’m so sorry I feel so embarrassed this has never happened to me before. The posh customer service will also help once you click “make a case” if you have any questions ..Rachel
