Hi Laura! I just wanted to apologize for the delay on shipping your SOREL boots. Packages usually get picked up from my office no problem, but I've been traveling the last few days and when I didn't see a shipping confirmation I asked a coworker. She confirmed that for some reason the USPS didn't pick it up for me. I'll be sure to swing by to pick the package up and make sure your boots ship tomorrow. Again, so sorry for the delay.
