lexingtonrue Hi Laura! I just received and commented on your case regarding the pumps. We will comply with whatever Poshmark decides so we will stay in the loop... please know that we care about this! Also, the shoe size was not a typo on our part (the sole says EUR 41 and Poshmark translates that to a size 11 in the app). It seems like there might have been a discrepancy with the manufacturer of the shoe. Either way, we want you to be happy. We will keep an eye on this and will talk to you soon! Thanks

laurastegherr @lexingtonrue Thanks for this response! I wanted to reach out directly to you first instead of responding via poshmark, but I couldn't figure out how. I'm sorry about that! I'm one of those ladies with particularly large feet, so the difference between a size 10 and 11 is pretty noticeable for me. I really appreciate your assistance. Thanks!!
