lauraraepeterso @albreit Hi! I’ve never had this happen before either. The buyer would need to update the address. If we do it then I don’t believe Poshmark would be able to assist us if it didn’t get to her. I am going to ask Poshmark customer service and let you know what I find out. I appreciate you reaching out. 😊

Yes I don’t wanna go outside of Poshmark, I attempted to email them, but couldn’t figure out how to do that lol...if you could let me know what you find out I’d greatly appreciate it! She gave me another address but it’s not really a real address either, and I don’t wanna go outside Poshmark plus we’d have to foot the shipping bill. Thanks for your help! And I’ll look into it also!

lauraraepeterso @albreit I went into the order, clicked on problems/order inquiry and then clicked on contact support. It allowed me to add attached photos that I had screenshot of the conversation and of the item. I’ll let you know once I hear back from them. :)

lauraraepeterso @albreit Hi! Customer Support emailed me a new shipping label stating they went ahead and updated the label, however it’s the same address with a new tracking #. I’m going to give it a shot and resend today. I’ll let you know what happens. :)

albreit @lauraraepeterso I can send you a screen shot of it...I’ll post it on my item that I sold to her in my closet it’s the Levi jeans....my guess is that you messaged them about the situation and then I did so maybe they are looking into it further. I am literally only making $2 from the sale lol but it’s still not a fun situation. I’ll contact u soon as they get back to me and I’ll post the screen shot of the email now.

lauraraepeterso @albreit I just looked at it. Lol! They must have realized it was a bigger problem when they got two inquiries regarding the same buyer. I tried googling the address and don’t see the last 3 numbers. It may have been wrong altogether. I guess I’ll find out if I get the package back again. Will let you know. :)

lauraraepeterso @albreit Hi, I don’t know if she accepted, or whether PM automatically released my funds ($4- lol) after the 4th day after delivery. I did get my $4 though. If it shows the item was delivered, PM should automatically release your funds after a few days.
