jchapp2006 Hi! I commented on the openin case, asked that they give you a refund on the Bare Minerals Palette. I'm sorry the blush arrived in that condition; I'm going to send replacement out first thing in the morning and I will cover the shipping. My apologies.

lauracox3 @jchapp2006 let’s just do a refund. I’ve ordered a naked palette from someone before, and it also arrived crushed. Maybe it’s just the brand, but it seems to easily crumble. Thanks.

jchapp2006 @lauracox3 Not a problem; thanks for getting back to me. I'm glad you said that, because I know I wrapped the lil palette up in bubble wrap so, yeah, it must just be prone to crumble. Note to self, for sure. Lol!
