terryjw48 Laura, it’s Terry Watkins. I was getting your Kenneth Cole watch ready to ship and I noticed a problem with it. For some reason it was not working. I certainly don’t want to sell you a defective watch so I have cancelled the order. I am going to take it to a jeweler and have it looked at.
