lexilexi886 hey Laura, i am REALLY SORRY. u bought a billabong dress from me (on its way), & i just found out that i made a huge mistake & shipped u a puffer & sent the dress to a different buyer (who ordered the jacket). i’m not sure of the exact process, but i reported it to the app & it says there’s a process in place bc it happens sometimes, so hopefully they’ll get back to me and the items will be able to be swapped. i am really really sorry for any inconvenience and i’m doing my best to make it right
