schraufwi @lauradonegan and I just got an empty box back saying the package was damaged, which is was NOT. The dress is gone, but the thank you note still there!?! I dropped it at the post office myself!!!! I had wrapped the dress in hot pink Lilly tissue paper with a thank you note! This is so upsetting! I’ve NEVER had this happen before? I’m going to have to contact Poshmark, to see how this is handled. Because we both got screwed!

schraufwi @lauradonegan totally I’m so sorry. I think you should email them as well. I’m thinking they must insure the shipments? It looked as if the person at the post office opened it, took it.... then wrapped it up and tried to say the package was damaged which it was NOT! And it wasn’t over weight! 😡 I just can’t believe this! I’ve used poshmark for years, nothing like this has ever happened!

schraufwi @lauradonegan I’m still waiting for a response, they paid me though. They must have seen that I “shipped” it because I have the email. I’m guessing this has happened before. I’m so glad they refunded you, and I’m so sorry you never got the dress! I won’t be going back to that post office!! 😕
