aof4 @soriag thank you for the welcome! I actually do have a question and have no idea who to ask. So sorry if this isn’t the right place... I’m fairly new to this app and this is the first time I ran into this problem. I just sold a pair of pants to someone. She accepted the order, gave me a 4 star rating and said I could improve on my description bc the pants were too short for her. She never asked for measurements and I didn’t think they weren’t true to size.

aof4 @soriag She then changed her rating to a 2 and said they’re just way too short and a lot shorter than all her other pants of that brand and size. She just sent me a comment asking how she can get a refund bc she accidentally accepted the order. I don’t know what to do as I feel bad they don’t fit but there is nothing wrong with them I guess I should’ve added measurements which I will go back and do now to all my other listings. I guess I’d like to know what can be done?

soriag @aof4 at this point, as soon as she accepted the item, the transaction was complete, no possibility of refund unless you email Poshmark for them to make an exception. They Probably won’t though. Yes, always add measurements to prevent this from happening again, specially on jeans and pants

soriag @aof4 the fault is on her because she didn’t ask for measurements . Poshmark probably won’t approve a refund ...unfortunately 😕
