shmataz Laura, we are working with PM to get your bra to you. I mailed it to the wrong address. You can have the bra for FREE! I am so incredibly sorry. I will keep you informed as PM advises getting that box to you ASAP. This has never happened to us, but Poshmark does have systems in place to fix the problem. Shmataz

blueshopr oh no! i sure hope they can track it down and get it to my address. i own a few Maddie bras and wish they hadn't discontinued, so was very excited to buy this one. Will keep my fingers crossed. Thanks for letting me know.

shmataz Laura, As of now PM has not responded properly to the dilemma. The person who’s label I mistakenly put on box is ready and willing to help in any way. USPS shows package MIGHT be on way back to us, as the label was used. That makes sense.

shmataz Laura, Just learned your box was deliver to the other buyer last night. PM is doing nothing to help but this lady is SO KIND! I’m doing my best to get your mailing label sent to her ASAP so she can forward the box to you. Will keep you informed. Good news is, box is in safe place and you will get it sooner than later. I’ll be sure PM does not charge you!!

blueshopr Thanks so much -- I will definitely let you know when i receive my package. Will you be able to tell if PM charges me or will i need to track it on my end? I just looked in my account and I don't know if it would show up on my PM account or if i need to call my credit card company.

shmataz We have been in contact with PM re: best way to get your $ back. There might be an option you can choose regarding rejecting item, but we want to be certain you are not charged a cent for that long overdue bra.

shmataz Hi Laura! I have an update for you regarding Poshmark’s help with your order. Unfortunately, Poshmark just informed me that once the buyer accepts the item, the money is unable to be reimbursed directly thru PM. However, I very much want to make my mistake up to you! Since I can’t reimburse you directly over PM for the bra you ordered, I was hoping you might like any of the other awesome Aerie bras in my closet (all the same size as the Maddie bra!) (1/3)

I am so very sorry for my mix up and that I’m unable to simply reimburse you over PM. :( If you would rather not have another bra, or another item in my closet, I am more than happy to send you a personal check to cover both the purchase price of the bra and the expensive shipping you had to pay for.
