triplelll069 If you are not happy with the items you purchased from me, please return them. I was very clear on the condition of the purse, and sent pictures of every aspect of the items. Poshmark authenticated the items also. I am sure I can sell the items to many others for the price I asked . If it's not up to your standards start the return process , so I can at least get my property back. If not, please release the money I'm owed. Thank you

laurateix @triplelll069 you did not disclose that the bag reeked of cigarettes. The smell is overwhelming. I tried airing it out but the smell was unbearable. My whole rooms smells. I do no smoke so hard to deal with it. Other than the smell the bag was fine! I’m sure you can understand

triplelll069 @laurateix Again I'm very sorry, and yes their customer service is terrible, I've tried many times. There are several ways to get the smoke odor from the bag. It can be done at home, although it takes a couple of days of airing it out , and some household cleaning products, baking soda , febreze and a vacuum. Or a mixture of vinegar and water as well as baking soda and fresh air also works.

triplelll069 I really want you to know, it has nothing to do with the 20$ you asked for to clean the purse. I said no only because I don't want ant more damage to the set, for you benefit. You paid a lot of money and I would feel even worse than I do now if something was to happen to it, as well as feeling like Poshmark does not deserve any fee for this sale. Their have terrible customer service and have some nothing to deserve it.

I worked as a vet tech and tossed a pen in my bag on the way out one day in a rush and I’m pretty sure that was it because it comes off a little if I rub it hard but it’s still there. Like transfers to the wash rag. I keep at it but it’ll be dark in that area even if I get it all up. No smell. The little pouch on inside clean beside some residual dust. Top red and side inside red all pretty bright still. I just was trying to be as accurate as I could be

mandachristi486 It doesn’t transfer too unless my rag is damp like I can rub it with my hand and nothing but if it’s damp and I rub harder it’ll come up a bit. Pretty sure it’s from that stupid pen. I don’t carry makeup ever so can’t be that.
