clothes1234 Im sorry the black clutch was not to your expectations. I like to keep my customers happy by adding bonus items even adding free earrings. Again sorry you were not satisfied with the extra items. As you said the coach purse itself was worth more than the bundle.

I'm new to Posh and if I'd really thought about it, I would have realized you meant it as an extra. the Coach purse really IS wonderful and I shouldn't have been so picky on my comment. In any case, I was not upset (not too much anyway and hope I didn't come across that way)... just needed to have it resolved. which it will be as soon as I get them back to you and then: truly no hard feelings and done. :)
