Hi! I shipped out your TUMI amenity kit this morning and when I listed another one I realized I made a mistake on the listing. I incorrectly stated there was free monogramming but unfortunately that’s only on the hard case version! Do you still want it? If not I let Poshmark know I’d gladly accept a return or adjust the price bc I feel awful about that.

@llabor and sooo apparently I screwed up x2. I sent out a soft and hard case on the same day to two different people. The other person said they got the soft case so you must have gotten the hard case! I’m waiting for Poshmark to tell me how to handle. 🤦🏻♀️

@llabor Poshmark says to request a return of the item. They will send you a return label and then I will ship you the correct one. So sorry about that!

@llabor Hi I am very sorry about the delay in shipping for the 3 items you purchased. I did however get the package out yesterday. I have not seen tracking yet. I just stopped into the USPS And they said all was picked up yesterday and that it might have gotten missed in the Scanning process. I have never had this happen before so I really hope that it makes it there by tomorrow. Just wanted to let you know that it is on its way.

@farley778 hi. I haven’t received this yet. The mailman wouldn’t put it in my mailbox and it’s at the Post Office for me to pick up. 🙄 I will try to get by there tomorrow. I keep forgetting the notice they left me.
