So these are new shoes , they have never been worn. I don’t know how all that happened to them in three hours. @novemberrain56 I was putting my kids to bed and didn't see this earlier message from you. I really love the socks you sent with the shoes and they are more than enough compensation for not being able to wear the shoes. I will cancel the return... hopefully it will let me. I know it sounds unbelievable that they fell apart in one afternoon. I was shocked too. I have two other pairs of Spring Step shoes and they are the best dress heels I've ever had.
