ophelia5253 @yesdog27 I just saw your message and I received a notification that it was shipped. I will look at the boots and see if I like them, if not I would like the option to ship them back for a refund. The boots I wanted were the ones posted in the photos.

ophelia5253 @yesdog27 I received the boots. The right one has blemishes where the suede looks worn down. I would prefer to have the boots I thought I had purchased that are leather. Do you happen to have these available? I would like ship these boots back, it is not something I would wear. Thank you

halliseylawton Hi there! I saw u purchased my wide brim felt hat. I came home to dust it off and box it up for u and the spot i thought was dust seems to actually be some sort of white stain. I tried using Ugg wool cleaner and it hasnt come out. I greatly apologize. Wpuld you like me to cancel/refund the order or still ship as is. I can send a photo if that would help. Again i am so sorry.
