rosie_charms7 @lauracordova0 I understand.. well the only thing is that it’s not good for my rating for me to cancel an order so it would be good if you do it :) it’s pretty easy all you have to do is go to “My Sales” and then the charm and then click on problems/order inquiry and cancel order

lauracordova0 @rosie_charms7 i do not want to affect your ratings negatively. I tried this but once I get to the charm there’s no option to actually proceed with the cancellation. I’ve email poshmark support. I hope they can help me resolve this. Thank you for contacting me!
