colleen_camp11 @laurab71_ I have reached out to Poshmark for you. One us should hear back. If you didn’t receive the item, why did you accept delivery and rate me? On that screen to accept the item it has the Problem/ inquire at the bottom that you can report a problem. By you accepting it almost says that you received it cause you didn’t complain.

laurab71_ @gary_campbell84 I am didn't see the option to report a problem so I clicked on accept so that I could rate/comment that I hadn't received. I'm still a little new to this and how things work. I don't have items ready to sell yet so I'm just buying...I have that part down, just not familiar with all the other things
