goforagallop hey! I also found another conversion chart that says they are (boots) about a size 10 to 10 and a half... my shoe size is 9 1/2 they're about an entire shoe size bigger than mine so I would say 10 1/2 is a bit more accurate there's no way that they are a 12 but they could be 10 and a half or 11
