lkhurana @mojito511 I got a response from PM support and they confirmed that they don’t do partial returns/refunds - I should have returned both items even though there was only an issue with one of them. I didn’t know this, so I have already opened and washed the owl pajamas. How would you like to handle this? I can either return the owl pajamas to you, or if we can coordinate over e mail I can just send you payment for them directly. I prefer the latter, but am happy to do either, just let me know!
