joy2poshworld62 Laura, I am so sorry the hat was damaged... I tried really hard to pack it carefully and added all the air pockets to protect it in the shipping process. I hope that Poshmark returns your $ and pays me ..insurance from USPS needs to be collected. This breaks my heart that the vintage hat was ruined in shipping. J🌍Y

mngirlinswfl @joyrice1962 Oh my goodness, it isn’t your fault at all! The hat was packaged so carefully. It truly was the box that was damaged in shipping that did it. I don’t think the photo I took even shows how smashed the one side of the box was. :(
