terrag50 Laura I received your review and so sorry you are unhappy with jeans. I have these exact jeans in my personal closet and yes they are made like that. They have the same slits on the cuffs. I am always 100% honest in my listings and all of my ratings are almost always 5 stars. Again I'm sorry you are unhappy.
