@bellissima_mia Hi Laura your package was shipped three days ago for some reason it is not showing on the tracking I have been having issues with package dropped off. I have called USPS I was informed that sometimes they don’t scan the boxes upon pick up and due to COVID . I will let you know in a day or two regarding this issue. I really hope you get it fast. But it’s just that this issue is out of my control. I am so sorry.

Hi Laura, I just did Domestic tracking and shipping report through the USPS website, on the item has not been shipped to your destination. Hopefully they’ll get in contact with me in 2 to 3 business days. They gave me a service request number #26188600. As soon as that happens I will get in contact with you. I hope this issue can be resolved as quickly as possible. Take care, I’ll be getting in contact with you as soon as I hear from usps. Have a lovely rest of the day.🥰🙏

Hi Laura I noticed that we had a notification saying that the items was tracking already but I checked the tracking number and it says it hasn’t been scanned. Post office said for me to get a couple more days to see if the shipment scanned. If for some reason it doesn’t you will be refund it.I wanna apologize for the inconvenience with the post office but this is Fourth time this Incident happens. I feel terrible, if I know anything I will let you know. ☺️
