Hi. Thank you for purchasing the Totoro jacket! I was giving it one final look-over before packaging & noticed a small pen mark on the sleeve near the left shoulder. I’m SO sorry I did not notice prior to now. I would not feel comfortable sending to you without your approval. Is there an email address I can send a picture of the Mark!

Hello! I’m so sorry I never responded! I just saw your messages today. I have been stuck alone in quarantine for the past week and very sick with what was luckily ‘just’ the flu. Thank you for being so up front about the jacket. Admittedly if I knew I probably would have attempted to negotiate on the price. Is that something that is possible at this stage? Then again, the post office may have lost it forever so it might not be an issue, lol! Luckily not a Christmas gift so no rush on my end. Thx
