janekim1004 I just got your message! I am sorry the item was small! Did you take out the paper that I put in there to maintain its shape? I am usually 7.5 and I wore it without any problems, so I am wondering what could’ve gone wrong. Sorry this was the only way i was able to communicate with you!

agingeredgirl yes we definitely took all the packaging out. I am a 7.5 but since all the reviews of this boot say it runs large and to size down I went with a 7. Maybe it's just me.

janekim1004 @lmmerlini Oh, I see! I am sorry I didn’t include that on the item description. I always loved the fit and warmth but decided to sell them as I moved to a state where I don’t need them anymore.. Again, sorry they didn’t work out!
