ccc9496 Hi Laura - You purchased my listing Michael Kors jacket. As I was packing your coat I buttoned zipped and snapped everything. The bottom snap didn't want to stay closed so had to adjust with needle nose pliers. I'm sure it came from vendor this way as coat is new. The snap does work now but scratched slightly. It doesn't show b/c it's on underside. I apologize but wanted you to know. Thanks so much!!
