Hi! You purchased the earrings from me and I’m so sorry for the delay! I don’t have a printer and all the printing services near me are closed. I finally found one about two hours away from me so I will be driving out today to get that mailing label. Hopefully the post office will be open by the time I get back. Sorry again!!

@jayla700 hello!!! Yes I called Post Canada several times and they said that they can’t do nothing. What happen is that I put my work address to be easier but then the building of my office close because Covid19 so Post Canada wasen’t able to ship it. I asked them to change the address and ship the sweater to my house instead.

@jayla700 They said that because of everything is happening they have decide to keep all the mail at the post Canada office until everything is over so then they can ship them back. I’m so sorry about that, I tried to find a solution but they said that for now we just have to wait

@jayla700 hello, no they confirmed me that they have it at the office. They would try to ship it to me again, and if they can’t they would send it to the closest post Canada near my office so I can go pick it up there
