namaste2013 Pandora has two bracelet sizes and the charms for them are not interchangable.

lskovacik @namaste2013 There are not two diameter sizes of bracelets. I believe the charm is not authentic

namaste2013 @lskovacik Pandora has a bracelet called The essence bracelet. which is not compatible with other Pandora charms. I have all of my pieces authenticated in writing by a master bench jeweler before I list them to ensure authenticity. Could be a slight flaw in the charm. IDK. I've never had a buyer with this issue.

lskovacik @namaste2013 Well, regardless of the “authentication”, I have several original Pandora bracelets, several leather necklaces and several angles for which this charm will not fit on any of them. It seems as though there is a problem with the inner screwing system? I will be happy to send it back so that you can observe it for yourself. I would like a full refund
