danielleswings @dancingtraveler when you get chewed out every holiday season for slow deliveries. you will feel the same. i have very good ratings and my customers love me. i always ship same day so when this happens every year , it tends to be very disheartening.

laulenti I am sorry there is a problem with your purchase. When I requested a picture and I didn’t hear back and you accepted the product I thought there were no issues, You said you did not want to return the item. If you have changed your mind and want to return it I can try contacting Poshmark support about it. Or I can give you a 40% discount on any bundle of two, rather than 30% during my moving sale. Create a bundle of two and I will make you the offer,

dancingtraveler @laulenti I did not accept the items- Poshmark did that automatically. I was out of town for Christmas without connectivity so could not respond immediately. I sent an email with photos to customer service. There is a series of holes and a group of stains, one large. I would like a refund of enough to get a seamstress to fix the holes and dry clean it to see if any of the stains come out.
