x_rose_o Hi, I’m not sure if I sent my last message to you correctly, but today I got a message from posh telling me to ship my item. I just wanted to let you know that I sent it Monday morning, but for some reason Canada post has not scanned the item. I’m going to see them tomorrow morning to see if this has anything to do with covid-19 and I’ll write you back their response. Sorry for the delay.

x_rose_o @laurawilson444 Hi, I went to the postal office today and the lady there told me everything from Monday has been shipped, but the package most likely has not been scanned by the Ottawa sorting facility. I tried to create a service report but they won’t let me since the package is not yet in the system. I’ll try calling them again and see if they pick up. Thank you for your patience and I’ll update you when I know more about the situation.
