Thanks for the “never been used purse” that was most definitely used... There were crumbs inside and a makeup mark, and the finish was rubbed off two spots, one big one being on the handle. Also, those beautiful handles on my ted baker bag that should stand up have now been permanently folded over having been shipped just in a duster bag... I recommend maybe a box next time. I won’t be shopping your closet again.
