thechicwalkin Hi Laura- I see that you are new to poshmark and just filed a claim for the shoes you bought for me. I’m definitely sorry these didn’t fit you (I actually had to reposh these myself bc they were too small on me when I ordered from poshmark) but ‘fit’ is not the responsibility of the poshmark sellers so filing a claim or giving a bad review bc something didn’t fit you is not proper poshmark protocol, nor fair. (Unless the listing WAS deceptive or wrong sizes/measurements were given).

thechicwalkin The size was listed as 7 and the shoes ARE a 7. I even wrote in the description that these run small (as all mules do) and fit more like a 6 1/2. Unfortunately, when you purchase from poshmark at such discounted prices, you risk things not fitting exactly as expected. Trust me, I’ve had to reposh my fair share of stuff I’ve bought here! But most buyers are very honest & rely on their feedback so it’s important to understand what warrants a claim. Thank you*

nymia Hi Laura. I'm sorry I had to cancel your order for the shoes you recently purchased.
