faithandhope24 We can only do returns through Poshmark. You will need to contact them - they ultimately make the decision based on your reason.

faithandhope24 @lauramangone You purchased through Poshmark - I only sell through Poshmark. I’m not certain but I believe you should have received a notice from Poshmark that your purchase arrived. At that point you have a choice to accept or refute.

faithandhope24 If it was not working they will approve a return and I will not protest. It is a new watch but I wanted it to have a fresh battery. It worked with the old one - should have not changed it 😏

lauramangone I haven’t heard back from poshmark, although i’ve sent 3 emails since last time we talked. Please tell me how can i send this back to you?? (& it doesn’t show up in my purchases. I think I didn’t set up my account until after the purchase).
