alicequeen2g Laura , while packaging your shoes, I found the outer skin on the heels and straps are peeling. The pics are a pair similar to the ones you purchased. Size 6.5, 4 in. Heels. No money changes. If not I totally understand and will immediately refund your money. Sorry for another issue, but thankful I noticed it. 🙌. I reached out to Posh support but haven't had a definite answer.
