kipstang It’s ok, however idk what PM is doing I’ve had to contact them via message they have no # to call. It wants me to update my info before letting me have the label to ship, and all of my info is correct so it makes no since what they are doing. Now I have to wait to get a reply back, to see what’s going on. So I can’t ship it until they get back to me and this is fixed. It has to be on their end. 😩

kipstang Hey there, I’ve replied a few times to the case. So I’m trying here now. I looked where it was twice and nothing . Idk if your wanting to ship it back or not. I’m so sorry, I wasn’t aware I needed to take out something new. I was trying to get it out fast after getting the info straightened out. 😩 If you feel you want to ship it back, I’ll just use it next year myself. Again I’m so sorry, I’d never sale something knowing something was missing.

kipstang Hi there, I have contacted PM again, there should be no reason why this is taking so long. I’ve never had anything like this happen on here before. I’d think it would be simple refund you $20 and release the remainder. I know it’s pain staking but would you mind to much letting them know again you changed your mind and just want a $20 refund? kipstang Good morning Laura, I’m so sorry to be such a pain, but would you please reply, PM got back to me and told me since the case was approved they could only give you PM credit for the $20. Would you please contact them via message or email and let them know you will agree? This has gone on so long now. I told them I won’t be accepting a return so they’d release my funds. But I’m guessing they aren’t hearing from you either. 😊
