As far as the weight loss goes I joined a real appeal group through work, we meet once a week for half an hour via an app on my phone where they give tips, etc for weight loss. I’m also taking phentremine that my doctor prescribed since I’m over 40 to help boost my metabolism and decrease my appetite but she’ll be taking me off of that in a few months since you can’t be on that long term.

tiggerpaws99 @rdepenbusch I’ve also been using MyFitnessPal app to track all of my food intake and that also helps me stay on track and I make sure I get in at least half an hour if exercise at least 5 days a week for me that’s mostly walking but I do on occasion do aerobics and strength training. If it’s the Maurice capris that you are interested in let me know and I’ll lower the price so that you can get discounted shipping. It looks like you liked the torrid jeans which sold a while ago. 😊
