lbstrauss I don't know what to say or what even happened. I went to package this sale last night & couldn't find it. I literally looked until 1am last night and hours today. I am at a loss. I am so sorry. I want to make it right. I just added a bunch of stuff today. Many umgee dresses and tunics. Please look and see if there is another you'd like and I can send that one or you can cancel your order through PM. Again, I am so sorry and embarrassed it is as if it got thrown away?

It’s just so weird I figured it would be there the 12th. I sent out a package to Los Angeles the same day as yours and they got theirs the 12th. Your not even half as far as LA from me and yours is still in delivery!! 😲
