I am actually on disability right now-and was in hospice for 10 months last year. I am acquainted w/agonizing pain & limitations/restrictions. If they say nothing was in the package and you record the package, it's actually mail fraud and you can sue them. But you need the police report. Good job....take a breath, like I said need $$$ here, had to purchase school clothes. Xo..

joyful_in_hope @bellabling05 I deal w/leg "electricity" pains-How awful! Know this sounds crazy...but have you ever tried wrapping it in a warm/hot apple cider vinegar cloth? (A large plastic garbage bag over it helps)...and THEN another heating pad...THEN wrapped all that w/a towel/blanket)..A bit stinky but can take the edge off the pain??? No pressure, just care.

snazzyseconds @joyful_in_hope Laura...I was packing up your items and noticed that the red shoes have a crack in them on the top. I was putting in some padding inside the shoe and it stretch out so I could see the crack. there are 2 things we can do....I can ship as is and you can see them and make a claim with poshmart, or I can cancel the order. joyful_in_hope @jcrowern Approx. 10 days ago I purchased a “bundle” consisting of EUC FREE SPIRIT shoes ($69) & a EUC COACH PURSE ($79). The negotiated price was $100+S/H. I knew the sizing on the shoes were a risk; (accordingly my PLAN B was to re-sell if they didn’t fit). The “EUC” COACH, however, was barely in fair condition. Though I avoid conflict like the plague, I couldn’t just write off this large of an investment,& submitted a case review request.

joyful_in_hope @jcrowern This issue is there was never a determined price for either item…just the bundled cost. If I return both, I am following protocol. (Though doing so is not really fair to my fellow posher, given the understanding buying the shoes was a gamble R/T sizing I was willing to take). POSHMARK has not replied, I am on a timetable c/the return, & discussions c/my fellow posher are not in the realm of objective forum.

jcrowern @joyful_in_hope well if you and the seller are in agreement to keep the shoes and only return the purse i feel as if Poshmark would agree and issue u a new label to return purse only.

jcrowern @joyful_in_hope And in the mean time perhaps u guys can work out a price for the shoes. However, if not. I’d return them both. It’s a very sweet honest effort on your part for sure. But if the seller isn’t in communication w you and Poshmark on the agreement id return them both. That’s definitely a tough one and kudos to you for trying to keep the shoes. I am still hoping to negotiate a plan with the posher...Unfortunately, time is not on my side, as the need to return quickly will determine the refund...Additionally, POSHMARK will give me a full refund whether or not I return the shoes - unless I can reach someone in their Support Center.
