Hi Laura Good morning I just want to let u now that I Shipped you Dress the past Friday day but It seems as the postal Girl that received didn’t scanned so I hope and she did Shipped with out scanning 📦 in that way they usually scan when u receive it but for the moment I’m putting here that I’m planing to send it in two days in hope that I get time to check at the postal office sorry it never happened to me this before!!and I hope u get ur Dress soon!!

@lulajula hi im sorry to hear that I asked the mail lady that I gave the package 📦 to and she said that she scanned it just like she scans all her other packages and I told her that i never able to get a tracking number and she told me that I had to go to the post office that is basically

Her headquarters to file a complaint which I did and they are gonna investigate on what happened with that package but so far I haven’t heard from them.if u want just cancel your order so you can get your money back,I’m sorry this has never happened to me before I truly apologize

@lulajula no it’s the lady that comes once in a while to my house and for the most part they always scan them when they get them but I guess this time she didn’t. I already confronted her and she was no that’s not me I always scan my stuff she’s like you need to go to my dispatch office and file a complaint
