surfclimb Hi girly! Unfortunately I do not have the power to offer refunds on poshmark. If you open up a case they may allow it but the chances are slim since they do not accept returns unless the description of the seller was wrong.

I just do not have the return option the only way would be through poshmark since sellers can’t offer refunds without a case being opened you can always try to resell it I am very sorry once again please know that this is not my fault.
