@cano1961 I wrote that the second time I wore the shoes. This is the first time I am contacting anyone.
I stated that I wrote this comment here because I was not sure where/how to reach out.
The shoes did come in as pictured. This is why I wrote the 5 star review.
I just know that during the second time that I wore them to work the heel fell completely apart. Perhaps they were sitting too long? I don’t know, but I cannot wear them at all.
