bethannl4 Hi, I received the Capri pants you purchased. I am unable to credit your account. That has to happen through posh support. I emailed them to help with this. Returns usually happen if item has a problem other than fit. People usually just resell items that don’t work out as you stated in the note. However, I am trying to help get you a refund. I will let you know when I hear back from posh support

bethannl4 @momlovescmsmat0 I just heard from Posh support. They will not refund you from my request. You would have to contact posh support and explain the situation and perhaps they will assist from your side. I will help in any way after you do that To help you get your refund.

bethannl4 @momlovescmsmat0 I would appreciate if you would go back into your order history on the pants and change the poor rating . It is unfair to rate me as you did due to how you liked the pants on you. I shipped quickly and the pants were exactly as described . That is what is supposed to be considered when rating .
