centiasodd I contacted usps on yesterday, February 4th and tried to file a “missing mail claim” but they said it hasn’t been missing long enough. I have it set up with usps.com to contact me when the package starts tracking. I also contacted Poshmark about the tracking issue and I am waiting for their response. I want to apologize for the inconvenience and let you know that we are working on a resolution.

Right now, they are reporting it as departing from your facility and in transit, so it should be arriving to you soon. I will keep you posted with what I find out further. :-)
