ninaluxury I am so so sorry about the iPad case!! I honestly didn’t know it was damaged - I’m thinking it happened during delivery. If you contact Poshmark, I’d be happy to return your money! Again, I am terribly sorry!!

laurennkeane @ninaluxury the apology was good enough for me. I changed the rating, I don’t want all of your stats to be ruined over this. But the case was super wrapped, so it is unlikely it happened in shipping. And there were no plastic pieces in the box

laurennkeane @styledbystacie hi, thanks for reaching out. I’ve been watching the tracking number on the USPS app and it says processing exception, and that it’s being corrected. But it’s been saying that since Saturday, so I’m not sure what the problem is, but definitely a USPS issue
