laurenashley54 @erinhporter yes they sent me a label but as I’m in New York City and working from home, and everything is closed, I don’t have access to a printer. My husband is an essential worker so he will print Monday in his office. I let the posh team know to expect the delay.

laurenashley54 @erinhporter my husband went into his office yesterday so printed the label for me. i just found out my mailroom for shipping packages is closed. i am going to try leaving the package in the alcove where i receive mail (as we are still receiving mail) but we're not usually supposed to do that so tbd. i was instructed to find a ups store but it's raining and i'm not sure which are still open. TLDR, it may be a bit before i can ship this out - i let support know so they can send update. sorry.
